■ 商品に不備があった場合、または販売者が誤った商品を発送した場合

お客様は、商品受け取り後7日以内に返品できます。返品前に、必ず商品の破損や不良箇所の写真を販売者に送付し、確認を受けてください。販売者の過失が確認された場合は、お支払い頂いた金額を全額返金いたします。返金はPayPay、銀行振込、または直接お会いして現金でのお渡しも可能です。

■ お客様の都合による返品・交換の場合

商品受け取り後7日以内に返品・交換が可能ですが、返品にかかる送料およびマーケットプレイスの手数料はお客様のご負担となります。送料の金額は商品の大きさや配送方法によって異なりますので、ご了承ください。返品の際は追跡可能な配送方法での発送をお願いいたします。返品された商品が破損・使用済みの場合、返金はいたしかねます。

■ 商品の状態について

上記の条件は新品商品に適用されます。中古品（使用済み商品）の返品・交換は原則としてお受けしておりません。ただし、販売者の誤配送の場合は返品を受け付けます。

【Return & Refund Policy】

Returns are accepted only in cases of seller error, within 7 days of receiving the item.

■ In case the item is defective or the wrong item was sent by the seller:

Customers may return the item within 7 days of receipt. Before returning, please send photos showing the damage or defects to the seller for verification. If the seller’s fault is confirmed, a full refund will be issued. Refunds can be made via PayPay, bank transfer, or cash upon meeting in person.

■ Returns or exchanges due to customer reasons:

Returns or exchanges are possible within 7 days after receipt, but all shipping costs and marketplace fees related to the return are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs may vary depending on the size of the item and the delivery service used. Please use a trackable shipping method when returning items. No refund will be given if the returned item is damaged or used.

■ Condition of goods:

These conditions apply to new items only. Used items are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of seller error.
